Couple’s Plan

This plan is designed to create a sweet, bright memory of a day dressing in kimonos and strolling in Kanazawa with your partner.

Rental kimono, dressing and hair styling. All ages and genders welcome.
Price: ¥11,000 per couple (two people)

Includes:

• Choice of silk (January – June) or linen (September – December) kimonos 
• Yukata, or light kimonos, in summer (June – August)
• Rental items: obi (kimono belt), underwear, tabi socks, zori shoes, and bag
• Simple hair arrangement and accessories

Total time: 3 hours (10:00–13:00)
Session time includes kimono dressing and simple hair styling, about 30-40 mins. per person. Kimono and all materials must be returned by 13:00 unless overnight option is chosen.

Photography & umbrella

The Couple’s plan includes photographic support and rental of Japanese umbrella at no additional charge (normally ¥500 extra per person):

1. Guidance at shrines and temples (available in English, French and Japanese)
2. Photographic support (advice on pose and location, taking photos with your camera)
3. Rental of Japanese handcrafted paper umbrella for photo

Overnight rental option

Price: Couple’s plan + ¥3000 and ¥10,000 refundable deposit per person 
(Option not available during booking time. Please let us know at your appointment time.)

Includes these additions to the Couple’s plan:

1. Rental items (kimono, underwear, shoes and accessories) may be kept overnight and returned the next day between 9:30 and 13:30
2. We can keep your street clothes overnight if you wish.

Please note: Deposit fee of  ¥10,000 per person is due on the day of your booking. We will refund the deposit to you in full when you return the kimono rental items the next day.
